As well as Longleat this part of England has a huge amount to see and do. 

The nearest city, Bath, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and rightly so. From the Roman Baths, through the magnificent Georgian buildings, to the Thermae Bath Spa and The Theatre Royal, Bath is a treasure. 

Other nearby World Heritage sites include Stonehenge and Avebury, where the TV series "To the Manor Reborn" was filmed.

The Jurassic coast of Dorset, another World Heritage site, is also within range of the Longleat environs.

Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole Caves, Glastonbury, Wells, Stourhead, Salisbury, Westbury's White Horse Hill, Lacock, Castle Combe, the Kennet and Avon Canal - these are just a few of the other places that people love to visit when they come to stay here.
